Our Shipping Policy
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after making payment. If you make your order on the weekend, it will be shipped on the following business day. We offer express shipping that comes with tracking numbers via Royal Mail, DHL or FedEx. We supply the tracking numbers so that you can monitor the progress of your item. Please note it’s up to you to track your parcel, the company cannot possibly monitor for you.
The tracking number will be sent to you once your shipping label is produced. When you get your tracking information, allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Shipping Protection
With Shipping Protection, we guarantee delivery of your order. It’s as simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch*, we will re-send your order. In the very unlikely event that your re-sent order is not received, we will refund you. Australian orders are excluded from refunds but will receive TWO free resends to an address of your choice.
*21 days for Premium Shipping, 28 days for Tracked Shipping and 35 days for Australian orders.
International Shipping
Standard Shipping takes 10-14 days, while Premium Shipping only takes 3-5 days with tracking available for both options. Shipping prices vary by country and are shown during checkout.
Please note that customs may withhold approximately 2%-3% of orders, as customs processes vary by country. However, our Shipping Protection service ensures that your package will be resent or arrives safely.
It is important to understand that we are not responsible for knowing every country’s customs and processes. Before placing an order with Pharma Lab Global, please check your country’s laws and regulations, as our peptides and research chemicals may not be authorized in all nations. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations in your country when placing an order.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-acceptance of delivery, or failure to pick it up from the local delivery office, we will resend it to you; however, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Return and Refund Policy
Peptides can degrade prematurely if mishandled, as such, we cannot accept returns at Pharma Lab Global, so please ensure you order the correct products for your research needs. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. Cancelling an Order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. However, kindly note that we process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of receiving payment, so prompt action is necessary.
